I don't know anything about Python.
Do you have a Restore Point to before it happened. If so use System Restore
(Start - All Programs - Accessories - System Tools - System Restore). Note
in the list of available restore points you have to tick a box at the bottom
to show points older than 5 days.
Start Task Manager (press Ctrl + Shift + Escape). Goto the Processes tab and
click if it's a button or check if it's a checkbox (depends if UAC is on or
off) Show Processes From All Users. Then click the CPU column header until
it shows the top CPU user at the top.
Click Start - Control Panel (and select Classic view in the left hand pane)
choose Administrative Tools then choose Reliability and Performance Monitor
and choose MonitoringTools then Reliability Monitor (type Reliability in
search on Start) . This list is a chart of software installs, uninstalls,
Windows updates, and crashes by date (scroll left to see earlier dates).
This will list what you installed and when. You can use Control Panel -
Programs and Features to uninstall Python and the other programs.
Click Start - Control Panel (and select Classic view in the left hand pane)
choose Administrative Tools then choose Reliability and Performance Monitor
and choose Data Collector Sets - System and right click System Diagnostic
and choose Start. Repeat the last step for System Performance underneath
System Diagnostic.
A report will be generated in 60 seconds under Reports (the entry underneath
Data Collection Sets) - System - System Diagnostic (and System Performance).
This should give you a few clues. Look in particular at the System
Performance Report and click CPU - Process and it will list the top CPU user
in that 60 seconds. Also look under Services as well as Process.

Hi,
With regarding to the security concern, the only thing we can do on the client side is to install Antivirus software.
If there is no antivirus software installed on the computer, I suggest install
Microsoft Security Essentials as your safety
guard.
